    Terms & Conditions SALE TERMS: Gigastar.in or its parent concern, GIGASTAR TECHNOLOGY, is a marketing and distribution company. By making a purchase, you certify that your registration certificate under the GST Act 2017 is valid on the date of sale. Our responsibility ends once the goods leave our warehouse. We provide proper GST invoices for all products sold. If you need your company's GST number on the invoice, please mention it in the comment box during the ordering process. Additionally, provide the 3 pages of GST certificate for your company. Once the order has been shipped or an AWB (Air Waybill) number has been generated, cancellation and refund of shipping charges are not possible. Cancellation of orders before shipping incurs a 2% convenience fee. Once the order has been shipped, the cancellation fee is 5%. Modifications to orders after shipping incur a 3% fee. No charges apply for order modifications before shipping. These charges will be adjusted from the refund amount, if applicable.
